Returns
If you are not completely happy with your SPONGY WONDER BICYCLE
SEAT please give us a call and let us see if we can
help.
You may return your Spongy Wonder Bicycle Seat within 50 days (80 Days if you live outside of North America) from the date your seat was mailed. Once we have received the seat in good shape we will either send a check, credit through our credit card terminal (if you purchased directly) or send a refund through PayPal if that is how you purchased.
We will refund the total purchase price! (less
the shipping charges).
If you live outside of Canada you must write: "Canadian
Goods Being
Returned" several places on the box. We do not accept returns through courier companies such as Fed/Ex, Purolator, DHL and/or UPS. You must send back by a regular postal system.
Please send a copy of your receipt with your return so we may more easily credit you.
